Hours of Operation

All hours are posted and revised as needed, Please consult the current schedule posted in the club or call (301) 777-5304.

Club Hours (includes tanning bed):
Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 9pm
Friday 5:30am - 7pm
Saturday 8:00am - 4pm
Sunday 9:00am - 4pm

Holiday Hours:
The Club is closed on Labor Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, and Independence Day. All other schedule changes will be posted in advance of the holiday.

Childcare Hours:
Monday - Thursday 5pm - 7:30pm

Massage Hours are by appointment.

Club Policies

Our Club policies and membership guidelines are to ensure that each and every member’s experience is as enjoyable and as safe as possible. If you have any questions in regards to our policies and guidelines please ask our staff.

Reception Desk

  • Check in at the reception desk is required.
  • Purchases of memberships, products and services are conducted at the reception desk.

Proper Clothing and Hygiene

  • Appropriate athletic shoes are strongly suggested.
  • Comfortable clothes that you can move in is suggested.
  • Clean workout clothing is required. Management will address unsatisfactory hygiene conditions to ensure that our members exercise experience is not adversely affected.
  • Lockers are available for both day use and can be rented. Energy is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Please avoid the use of heavy perfume or cologne; this would be courteous to your fellow members.

Equipment and Cardiovascular Areas

  • Please be courteous at all times.
  • Share equipment, this helpful to your fellow members.
  • Please report equipment problems to our staff.
  • Please wipe equipment with germicidal cleaner provided.
  • Please ask for assistance for any questions you may have, especially on how to use our equipment, training staff would be happy to assist you.
  • All minors are required to exercise with their parent or our staff personal trainer.

 


Weight Room Areas

  • Please be courteous at all times.
  • Please return all equipment when done. This helps your fellow member stay safe and helps in finding what they are looking for.
  • Please report equipment problems to our staff.
  • Spotters for safety in lifting heavy weights is strongly encouraged for your safety and the safety of your fellow members.
  • Collars on free weight bars is required for your safety and the safety of your fellow members.

Food and Drink in the Club

  • Water bottles, sports drinks, coffee cups with spill proof lids are permitted in the club. All other food and drink is to be consumed in the social area at the reception desk.
